The current eruption in Iceland is still spouting profuse amounts of lava out of a fissure, producing some spectacular fire fountains and lava rivers. At night it also looks like a distant city, or the sun setting in the distance, lighting up the sky with the magnificent glow of its light pillar, reflecting off particles suspended in the atmosphere. Even better, the glow of melted rock is joined by the greens of ionised particles glowing as they are excited by the wind from last week’s solar storm that produced some lovely aurorae.

Imagine the middle child wandering by herself onto your aisle at Walmart.
ok but what about the youngest child? ‘human being’ sounds like she’s secretly a reptilian and is trying very hard to convince everyone she isnt.
